CRSPCRST.ca is an independent educational and examination-preparation provider.

Unless expressly stated on our website, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals, any certification body, examination administrator, government agency, or professional association.

All third-party names, certification titles, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or informational purposes.

  1. No Guarantee of Examination Results

Our materials are designed to assist candidates in preparing for professional certification examinations. We do not guarantee:

  • Examination eligibility; 
  • Admission to an examination; 
  • A particular examination score; 
  • Passing an examination; 
  • Obtaining or maintaining certification; 
  • Employment or career advancement; or 
  • Any particular professional, financial, or educational result. 

Examination requirements, formats, content, policies, and passing standards may be changed by the relevant certification body without notice.

You remain responsible for confirming current eligibility requirements, examination rules, registration deadlines, and official study requirements directly with the applicable certification organization.

  1. Account Registration and Security

Certain products require a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information; 
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password;

  1. Orders, Prices, and Payment

The duration of access is shown on the applicable product page. Unless explicitly described as lifetime access, course access is limited to the stated period.

“Lifetime access,” if offered, means access for as long as we continue to operate and make that particular product available. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or guarantee permanent operation of any platform.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because our products contain digital educational content that may become accessible immediately after purchase, sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been activated or delivered.

Exceptions may apply in cases involving:

  • Duplicate charges; 
  • Unauthorized payments; 
  • Failure to provide purchased access; 
  • Significant unresolved technical failures originating from our platform; or 
  • A refund or cancellation right required by applicable Law. 

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

You do not acquire ownership of the course, website, videos, questions, examinations, documents, software, or other intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer account access; 
  • Copy, record, reproduce, republish, or distribute course materials; 
  • Capture or distribute screenshots or recordings of protected content; 
  • Upload materials to another website, platform, application, or file-sharing service; 
  • Use the materials to create or support a competing product or service; 
  • Extract content through scraping, automated tools, bots, or data-mining methods; 
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; 
  • Attempt to bypass access restrictions or security controls; or 
  • Use our content for commercial training without written authorization. 
  1. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including course materials, instructional videos, practice questions, mock examinations, text, graphics, branding, design, downloads, and software, are owned by or licensed to CRSPCRST and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except for the limited personal-use licence expressly provided in these Terms.

No refund will be provided when access is terminated due to fraud, account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or another material breach of these Terms, except where required by Law.
